Termination of protection order
33If the Minister confirms or amends a protection order under subsection 31(6) or subsection 32(2), the protection order remains effective, as confirmed or amended, but expires 90 days after the date on which notice of the Minister’s written determination was served under section 31 or 32, unless sooner revoked.
